You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at office@nutritionworks.co.nz. 

We keep the personal information we hold safe by storing it in encrypted files, and only allowing authorised people to access it.  We do not sell your information to any third party. 

We keep people's personal information for no longer than two years at which point we securely destroy it by erasing all digital files, unless you have opted in to ongoing communications.  As per the Health (Retention of Health Information) Regulations 1996, we must keep any patient’s health records for 10 years from the last time we provided services to that patient/client, unless we are specifically requested to hand that record to another health provider.
